NAKURU

Lake Nakuru is one of Kenya's famous soda lakes home of lots of Kenya's finest wildlife. It is an amazing safari park and if you have seen a film flying over a lake full of flamingos, it is likely to have been Lake Nakuru.
“The most staggering flamingo spectacle and the finest bird lake there is!”
The shallow waters of this soda lake, can host more than a million flamingos. The pink spectacle almost obscures the fact that there are some 392 other species to be found. Lake Nakuru National Park is also a successful rhino sanctuary. It’s the only park in Kenya you are assured to see rhinos.
All this makes Lake Nakuru a great place to go on safari and being closes enough to reach from Nairobi, Lake Nakuru can be a day safari or a longer stay in the park is possible, if you wish.
Example 1 Day Trip
We leave
for the safari from Nairobi early in the morning and descend the Rift Valley escarpment for a brief
breathtaking view.
You expect to arrive at 9am and proceed for game drives
until you break for lunch.
On The return journey we will stop over at Elsamare Conservation Centre at Lake Naivasha for tea.
